For years, "Visual and Verbal Design" was the tagline on our studio's promotional materials - because we take the verbal part of communication just as seriously as the visual. In good print and online design, words and pictures together are far more than the sum of the parts, and we always work with their interdependence in mind. Of course we're happy to use existing copy, graphics or formatting when the job requires it - but if you ask us to creatively engage the headline and the graphics, the copy and the illustration, we're ready.
